Cancellation policy

• About cancellation fee
  • Cancellation up to 3 days before the tour date: 30% of the fee
  • Cancellation up to the day before the tour: 50% of the fee
  • Cancellation on the day: 100% of the fee
• About cancellation of tour
  • On the day before and on the day of the tour, the tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In this case, a full refund will be given.
  • If the tour is canceled, we will contact you individually with the telephone number or e-mail address registered at the time of application.
  • If the guide decides that it is dangerous during the event, such as a sudden change in the weather, we may cancel or change the content of the event (in that case, the fee will not be refunded).
